Impact Fire is pleased to announce the acquisition of North Shore Fire Equipment (North Shore). Founded in 1978 in Oyster Bay, NY, North Shore is a full-service fire extinguisher company, offering inspection, service, and replacement for the commercial and healthcare markets. North Shore Fire Equipment is recognized for being a leading provider of fire and life safety services in New York City and Long Island.

With this acquisition, Impact Fire’s existing Maspeth, NY, team will partner with the North Shore team to expand existing fire and life safety services across Long Island. The acquisition will also provide additional services to North Shore’s existing customer base, further expanding Impact Fire’s presence in the NYC metro area and the Northeast markets.
