Impact Fire is thrilled to announce the acquisition of P&J Sprinkler Company located in Willimantic, Connecticut. Through the acquisition, Impact Fire will establish its first district office in Connecticut under the leadership of former owners, David and Jodi Walencewicz.
P&J Sprinkler Company was founded by David’s parents and has been in business for over 50 years. Today, P&J Sprinkler Company is recognized throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island as a leader in sprinkler, backflow, and other water-based systems. David will serve as the District Manager, leading his team and collaborating with the Northeast management team to expand Impact Fire’s presence in New England.
With this recent acquisition, Impact Fire now operates seven district offices across New England. Having made its first acquisition in the region in 2018, the company is excited to be a leading provider of fire protection services in the area.
