# \[Press Release\] Impact Fire, Acquires ASAP Fire & Safety Corp in Massachusetts to Expand Northeast Service Offerings

July 27 2022

![\[Press Release\] Impact Fire, Acquires ASAP Fire & Safety Corp in Massachusetts to Expand Northeast Service Offerings](https://resources.impactfireservices.com/hubfs/Blog%20Images/handshaking-537252274_2125x1416.jpeg)

Impact Fire is pleased to announce its acquisition of ASAP Fire & Safety Corp in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. ASAP Fire & Safety has been a leader in fire and life safety services throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts for the past 20 years through ASAP Alarm & Electrical, ASAP Fire & Safety, and ASAP Sprinkler.

The team is excited to join Impact Fire's Northeast region of [district offices](https://impactfireservices.com/locations/) under the leadership of John Theriault, Impact Regional Manager, and Brian Cote, the former ASAP Fire & Safety owner, who will lead the integration. John and Brian have a 25-year relationship and are excited to be on the same team providing best-in-class fire protection.

As Brian Cote noted, *"We partnered with Impact Fire because we believe this larger organization will enable us to expand our services across New England. We are excited to continue serving you well with Impact's strong presence in the Northeast*."

Since 2003 ASAP Fire & Safety Corp's dedication to customer service has resulted in a loyal customer base. Through this acquisition in gaining support from Impact Fire's national team operating in over 30+ states and regional technicians, we believe we will be able to provide the same level of commitment and service to existing and future customers.

With this acquisition, Impact Fire has deepened its already robust presence in the Northeast market, servicing Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont for all your fire and life safety needs.
