[Press Release] Impact Fire, Acquires ASAP Fire & Safety Corp in Massachusetts to Expand Northeast Service Offerings

Impact Fire is pleased to announce its acquisition of ASAP Fire & Safety Corp in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. ASAP Fire & Safety has been a leader in fire and life safety services throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts for the past 20 years through ASAP Alarm & Electrical, ASAP Fire & Safety, and ASAP Sprinkler.

The team is excited to join Impact Fire's Northeast region of district offices under the leadership of John Theriault, Impact Regional Manager, and Brian Cote, the former ASAP Fire & Safety owner, who will lead the integration. John and Brian have a 25-year relationship and are excited to be on the same team providing best-in-class fire protection.
