[Press Release] Impact Fire Acquires Professional Fire Expanding Its Presence in the Northeast

Impact Fire is proud to announce the acquisition of Professional Fire Services, LLC (“Professional Fire”) and Professional Fire Systems, Inc (“Professional Fire”). With this acquisition, Impact Fire will further expand its reach in New England and increase its capabilities in fire sprinkler design, installation, inspection, and repair.

Originally founded in 2005 by Tom and Lisa DiRienzo, Professional Fire has become one of the preeminent names in sprinkler and other water-based services in Massachusetts and the surrounding region. After partnering with Lisa DiRienzo in 2008, the company achieved great success in building its presence throughout the entire New England area.
